There was supposed to be some political rally supporting Nazis in town on June 10th. Due to circumstances, the rally was postponed until September. During the time leading up to the rally, signs against the rally were posted all around Jena. This is one of them. If you are familiar with the Chick-fil-A advertisements of "Eat more Chicken", you should find this sign even more amusing.
